Acceptance of Terms
The following Usage Terms ("UT") apply to your use of the Veiksme website and any associated services. Veiksmereserves the right to update the UT at any time without notice to you. The most current version of the UT can be reviewed by clicking on the "Usage Terms" hypertext link located at the bottom of our Web pages.
Description of Service
Through the Veiksme website, associated services, Veiksme provides you with access to a variety of resources, including interactive learning tutorials, documentation, videos, download areas, blogs, communication forums and product information (collectively the "Services"). The Services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new Web properties, are subject to the UT.
Personal and Non-Commercial Use Limitation
Unless otherwise specified, the Services are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Services (except for your own, personal, non-commercial use) without prior written consent from Veiksme.
Privacy and Protection of Personal Information
Your privacy is important to us. Please read theVeiksme privacy statement (the "Privacy Statement") as it describes the types of data we collect from you and your devices, how we use that data, and the legal bases we have to process that data. The Privacy Statement also describes how Veiksme uses the Submissions (as defined herein), comments, ratings or reviews of the Services, communications, files, photos, documents, audio, digital works, livestreams, videos and any other content that you upload, store, broadcast or share through the Services, (collectively, "Content"). Where processing is based on consent and to the extent permitted by law, by agreeing to these Terms, you consent to Veiksme’s collection, use and disclosure of Content and data as described in the Privacy Statement. In some cases, we will provide separate notice and request your consent as referenced in the Privacy Statement.
Public user information and Content: The user information you provide (including your profile name, listed display name, profile image, biography, your job title and organization and your user achievements) may be viewed by others. You are only required to provide a username and listed display name in order to use the Various services. All other fields are optional. You may update your username and display name at any time. Veiksme may also collect and publicly display the date that you registered with us and your affiliation with Veiksme.
Any Content you post publicly may also be viewed by others. You may be able to delete certain types of Content after they have been posted, but not all types of Content can be deleted after they have been posted publicly. The data posted will solely be the views of the individual and not of any involvement from Veiksme.
In case where the company cease to exist, your personal data will be deleted and purged from our storage (premise or cloud) to protect your identity.
Notice Specific to Articles Available on this Website
Certain documentation may be subject to explicit license terms separate from the terms contained here. To the extent the terms conflict, the explicit license terms control. Permission to use Articles (such as white papers, press releases, datasheets, knowhow’s and FAQs) from the Services is granted, provided that (1) the below copyright notice appears in all copies and that both the copyright notice and this permission notice appear, (2) use of such Articles from the Services is for informational and non-commercial or personal use only and will not be copied or posted on any network computer or broadcast in any media, and (3) no modifications of any Articles are made. Accredited educational institutions, such as companies, enterprises, institutions, universities, private/public colleges, and state community colleges, may download and reproduce the Articles for distribution in the classroom.
Distribution outside the classroom requires express written permission. Use for any other purpose is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Articles specified above do not include the design or layout of the Veiksme.com website or any other Veiksme owned, operated, licensed or controlled site.
Elements of Veiksme websites are protected by trademark, unfair competition, and other laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part. No logo, graphic, sound or image from any Veiksme website may be copied or retransmitted unless expressly notified and permitted by Veiksme.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
As a condition of your use of the Services, you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Veiksmesystems, or the network(s) connected to any Veiksme systems, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any Services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Veiksme server or to any of the Services, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Services.
Materials Provided to Veiksme or Posted to the Services
Veiksme does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to Veiksme (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any Services or its associated services for review by the general public, or by the members of any public or private community, (each a "Submission" and collectively "Submissions").
However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting ("Posting") your Submission you are granting Veiksme, its affiliated companies and necessary sublicensees permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses (including, without limitation, all Veiksme Services), including, without limitation, the license rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; to publish your name in connection with your Submission; and the right to sublicense such rights to any supplier of the Services.
No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. Veiksme is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and Veiksme may remove any Submission at any time in its sole discretion. By Posting a Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in these Usage Terms including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions.

The links in this service may let you leave Veiksme's site. The linked sites are not under the control of Veiksme and Veiksme is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites. Veiksme is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any linked site. Veiksme is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Veiksme of the site.
Veiksme collects data from you, through our interactions with you and through our products. You provide some of this data directly, and we get some of it by collecting data about your interactions, use, and experiences with our products. The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with Veiksme and the choices you make, including your privacy settings and the products and features you use. We also obtain data about you from third parties.
You have choices when it comes to the technology you use and the data you share. When we ask you to provide personal data, you can decline. Some of our products require some personal data to provide you with a service. If you choose not to provide data required to provide you with a product or feature, you cannot use that product or feature. Not all personal data processed by Veiksme can be accessed or controlled via the tools above. We provide aggregate metrics about user requests to exercise their data protection rights via the Veiksme Privacy Report.

Products provided by your organization notice to end users
If you use a Veiksme product provided by an organization you are affiliated with, such as an employer and you use your work account to access that Veiksme product, that organization can:
• Control and administer your Veiksme product and product account, including controlling privacy-related settings of the product or product account.
• Access and process your data, including the interaction data, diagnostic data, and the contents of your communications and files associated with your Veiksme product and product accounts.
If you lose access to your work account (in event of change of employment, for example), you may lose access to products and the content associated with those products, including those you acquired on your own behalf, if you used your work account to sign in to such products.
Many Veiksme products are intended for use by organizations, such as businesses. Please see the Enterprise and developer products section of this privacy statement. If your organization provides you with access to Veiksme products, your use of the Veiksme products is subject to your organization's policies, if any. You should direct your privacy inquiries, including any requests to exercise your data protection rights, to your organization’s administrator.
When you use social features in Veiksme products, other users in your network may see some of your activity. To learn more about the social features and other functionality, please review documentation or help content specific to the Veiksme product. Veiksme is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of our customers, which may differ from those set forth in this privacy statement.
When you use a Veiksme product provided by your organization, Veiksme’s processing of your personal data in connection with that product is governed by a contract between Veiksme and your organization. Veiksme processes your personal data to provide the product to your organization and you, and for Veiksme’s legitimate business operations related to providing the product as described in the Enterprise and developer products section.

Veiksme account
With a Veiksme account, you can sign in to Veiksme products, as well as those of select Veiksme partners. Personal data associated with your Veiksme account includes credentials, name and contact data, payment data, device and usage data, your contacts, information about your activities, and your interests and favourites. Signing in to your Veiksme account enables personalization and consistent experiences across products and devices, permits you to use cloud data storage, allows you to make payments using payment instruments stored in your Veiksme account, and enables other features.
If you sign into a service offered by a third party with your Veiksme account, you will share with that third party the account data required by that service.
Veiksme and/or its respective suppliers make no representations about the suitability of the services or the suitability of the information contained in the documents and related graphics published as part of the services for any purpose. all services, documents and related graphics are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Veiksme and/or its respective suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regards to the services, information and related graphics, including all warranties and conditions of merchantability, whether express, implied or statutory, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
In no event shall Veiksme and/or its respective suppliers be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with the services, including the use or performance of information available from the services.
The documents and related graphics published on the services could include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. Veiksme and/or its respective suppliers may make improvements and/or changes in the product(s) and/or the program(s) described herein at any time.
In no event shall Veiksme and/or its respective suppliers be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the services, software, documents, provision of or failure to provide services, or information available from the services.

• Use the Services in connection with surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise).

• Download any file posted by another user of a Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally reproduced, displayed, performed, and/or distributed in such manner.
• Falsify or delete any copyright management information, such as author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Services.
• Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular Service.

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

• Use, download or otherwise copy, or provide (whether or not for a fee) to a person or entity any directory of users of the Services or other user or usage information or any portion thereof.
Veiksme has no obligation to monitor the Services. However, Veiksme reserves the right to review materials posted to the Services and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Veiksme reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.
Veiksme reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as Veiksme deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Veiksme's sole discretion. Always use caution when giving out any personally identifiable information about yourself or your children in any Services. Veiksme does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Services and, therefore, Veiksme specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Services.
Managers and hosts are not authorized Veiksme spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of Veiksme. Materials uploaded to the Services may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination; you are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download the materials.
In case you decide to leave us, then you will have to provide us on a formal written notice on your decision with a reason for us to process the refund. Please note that certain items once bought cannot be refunded in full value which will be treated with a notional depreciation such as a hardware product. Software license that are used on a consumption model will be revoked and will the payment towards one-time costs to setup will not be refunded. Veiksme tech is also entitled to reject the order and the refund of any payment made to us will be paid for your order which could be for any obvious reasons which are not just not limited to, not meeting the conditions prescribed at the time of the order or if the payment is not made as per the stated conditions, or an incorrect product is requested for or for any pricing / product errors that would have been caused. In the event of such stated errors, Veiksme tech reserves the right to either 1. cancel your purchase / order or 2. offer you with any suitable or alternative option.
Our return policy is provided in addition to the stated guarantees or other statutory return rights that you may have under English law. Subject to our return criteria, after purchasing a product or service if you choose withdraw from the contract and request a refund without giving a reason within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase. The withdrawal period will expire after thirty (30) calendar days from delivery of the product or service to you.
